MacGyver seems a bit more rebootable than most '80s nostalgia shows. It's a concept everyone loves and remembers, but I don't think anyone was particularly attached to Richard Dean Anderson. (Of course, I was only a casual viewer, so I could be totally wrong about that..)

So either Son of Zorn is going to be comedic gold, or the worst thing to come from Fox animation since Napoleon Dynamite. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I heard that the comic con trailer pilot was just OK-ish but that was more of a rough draft.  I have a lot of faith in Lord and Miller when they put their name on something.  I mean, at worst, things they've been involved with were just "OK" (re: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, which they wrote but didn't direct).  Also, it is giving Tim Meadows work, and I think he's one of the most under-utilized comedians around.

So People vs O.J Simpson:  American Crime Story just beat Fargo Season 2 for an Emmy. The world no longer makes any sense to me.

My wife and I had just started watching American Crime Story to laugh at how awful it is. It's truly terrible. My wife and I now have a great call and response that we quote to each other, both said by David Shwimer at different times who isn't trying at all to act like anyone other than David Shwimer, the whitest man I know: "It's like he's not even The Juice any more."  "Excuse me!  He will always be The Juice." (Going to make a gif sometime if I get around to it)

Where Fargo season 2 is my favorite season of television ever. I like it better than Breaking Bad, better than The Wire, better than most movies even. Not to say I ever put any stock in the emmys before, but still.
