Isn't it the sound a drummer makes after a joke, often represented as 'Badum Ching'?  And do you ever get the feeling that we are just entertaining ourselves?

Are you asking if it's challenging?  Do you perceive a lack of point?  Is this any more pointless than the mindless talking in riddle thread?  Should we think of more rules to make it more structured and challenging?  Or would that defeat its potential for randomness?

Do you really think this is entertaining?
If it is displeasing to some, are they required to participate anyway?

Does this thread need locking?

Do you really have to ask?   ;)

Yet in asking, can the truth be found?

Does truth exist, or is everything merely perception?

Or are we butterflies dreaming that we are men?

....

........

..............

I'm sorry, but I can't help it.  No, we are not butterflies, that's just ridiculous.  If that was true, that would imply that we are all asleep.  And if we are asleep, then there's not much that we can do about it until we wake up.  So the knowledge that we are butterflies is absolutely meaningless, because for all practical purposes we are still men.  That's like saying I am god, and I created this whole world, and made myself a human to entertain myself, to make life challenging, and all of you are just the product of my imagination.  It can't be proven wrong, but it has absolutely no practical application, and is utterly useless to believe......? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

(maybe if I put a lot of question marks at they end, no one will notice it wasn't a proper question.)

How could one think I one think I was being serious?  Why would I continue to post if this was not fun?

Why would I act so stupidly?  Would an apology be acceptable?
