So tempting... If I'm still not working in July I might try to hide in my wife's luggage when she goes to Texas.  Assuming the kids will be fine on their own for a week.

Just put some child cow in bowls and they would be fine

And, starting today, the Lent period of "no booze" has officially been lifted (I extended it a few days for the NFL Draft).

My only hope is to be sober when the Rams draft and not fall into the smoker.

Ah, the Panthers stuck drafting a QB who's college players we as complicated as yelling "36"................... then is the primary guy is not wide open, take off and run.    THAT should go over well in the NFL.

I see the Bills taking the stud linebacker from A&M Von Miller.

I wish there was a way Rams could get Julius Jones, but I see him going way before 14

Well, it's good to know I'll have Sunday afternoons free next fall.  I sure as hell won't be wasting them watching a piece of shit team like the Vikings.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Ah, a very boozy draft was had by all.  Thank goodness the cleaners are coming tomorrow!

Had a great time, the weather was perfect, food was great, friends were great, and we actually paid attention to the draft from time to time.

Note for future reference, the boudain in the smoker was the all-star!

And the french fruit dessert (pears, blackberries, etc.) was a hit as well.

Now, I can only hope my sunburnt feet can handle socks and shoes tomorrow!
