Don't watch too many CT honestly, so I didn't know there was a delay or anything.

Watched RATTLERS once. Got it in one of my 50 pack collections. A riffing could be fun.

I guess they really don't like the idea of releases being pirated. I think that is why they have been concentrating on the live shows. It's a bit of a shame though because there are a lot of fans out there that are never going to get the chance to see the shows. Personally I think they are kind of alienating some fans because of this.

Honestly though there may be a few torrents here and there but there are NONE on usenet if it doesn't make it to usenet then it really isn't being pirated that bad.

Sheesh - How many months has it been since we were told that we'd have news on Rattlers 'soon?'

Aside from the piracy issue, though I don't know how rampant that is, the live shows mean they can make money on the same material for a while, before finally releasing it on DVD for those who couldn't or wouldn't attend the show.  Any earlier and they probably wouldn't get as much mileage out of those shows as they hopefully do now.

Definitely.  I'm one of those "fans".  Unless they have live shows like Rifftrax does, I'll never see a live CT show.  Ever.  I still haven't seen any of the live DVDs and won't until they stop this current touring only in metropolitan areas nonsense.

Those sons of bitches.  If only they made these live performances available to people who couldn't physically make it to the show.  Like maybe if they recorded the shows and made them available on DVD or something.

How is playing in areas where they have the best chance to sell a bunch of tickets nonsense?  Besides they don't choose where to go, they are brought to where they go.  You would probably be hard pressed to find a theater in the sticks that is willing to shell out or gamble on what it must cost to put on CT show.

Well, there's no news on new DVDs, but there is news.

All the 10 prior CT releases are now available on Hulu. Specifically here:
http://www.hulu.com/cinematic-titanic

While not a new release, it is good news.

I have all of there DVDs backed up on my home entertainment computer that I can watch on my 55 inch monitor/HDTV when ever without dealing with hulu issues and popup ads ..

The only good news to me is knowing an actual release date of their next DVD :-\

Hey everyone!

We hope you’re all having a fantastic summer, staying cool and away from combustibles. Check out this exciting news…

NEW TRAILER

We are pleased to present the trailer for our upcoming DVD release, “Cinematic Titanic LIVE: RATTLERS”, which will become available for sale on July 17th!!

If you like snakes, secrets, not-so-sober scientists, soldiers and the ‘70s, this film is for you!! If you don’t like any of those things, don’t worry – we’ll riff you through it! We’ve done this before. Take a look.

JULY 5TH in ANN ARBOR, MI

We’re very excited to perform “Rattlers” at 6pm this Thursday at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor, as part of the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. Be sure to visit the merch table early as we’ll have a limited supply of “Rattlers” DVDs at the show! That’s right; a lucky few will be able to purchase our 12th title twelve days before its official release date!

If that’s not enough to entice you to the show, the 9pm feature will be our WORLD PREMIERE RIFF of “The Doll Squad”!

Before there was Charlie’s Angels, there was – The Doll Squad!

A team of beautiful and be-jumpsuited female lady girl government agents is dispatched to catch an evil saboteur, who plans to release rats infected with the bubonic plague into the world! This 1973 gem was directed, edited, co-written and co-produced by Ted V. Mikels, and features Francine York and Tura Satana of Russ Meyer’s “Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!”

Get tickets here!

AMAZON.COM

Our two most recent riffs, “War of the Insects” and “Danger on Tiki Island” - are now available for sale at Amazon.com!

Now you can: enjoy easy ordering, choose your shipping speed, perhaps qualify for free shipping, use an Amazon.com gift certificate, add our titles to your wish list, or have them gift-wrapped for someone you love! Amazing!

“Rattlers” will be available exclusively at Amazon.com on the 17th. The remainder of our titles will be available there soon as well. Meanwhile, you can still purchase our first eleven titles at CinematicTitanic.com.

HULU

New to CT and not sure which DVD to get first? Check out our Show Guide if you have a few minutes – or watch ‘em on Hulu if you have a few more minutes! Our first ten episodes are there right now; we’ll let you know when more titles become available.

(Warning!: We can only continue producing content if folks continue to support it, so please consider buying a CT DVD or download of your very own. Don’t want the hard copy, but still want to support the show? Now you can donate! Scroll to the bottom of our FAQ.)

Have a safe and happy Fourth everybody!

Love,
The CT Crew

Fantasmic news!!! And the Amazon thing makes it easier for me to buy other things along with it... considering I can never buy just one thing.
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.
