I know Lucas made some audio changes, but did he do anything that would cause the running times to change and mess up sync with the existing Star Wars Rifftrax, which if I recall are matched up to the last DVD release.

ESB and RotJ should be fine, but its possible ANH may go off sync a couple times. They shaved a few frames off of a fade just before Owen is yelling for Luke and they cut a few frames of Greedo shooting at Han. Not even a second in total time, so it may not make too much of a difference.

The prequels are the same, so no worries there.

I am doing re-authors using blu ray rips and A New Hope was the only one I had to adjust here and there so far. I still have Jedi to go.
