VTS 4 PGC 3?  Rejig shows that as 00:00:00
Never mind.  I see you must be using DVD Decrypter, which does show 4-3 having a run length.  The audio demultiplexed fine, but it split the movie into four 1 GB chunks.  Giving it another try....

If you are using DVD Decrypter you have to tell DVD Decrypter to NOT split the files: SETTINGS--> IFO MODE --> then there is a drop down next to FILE SPLITTING and it needs to be set to NONE.
I don't think I did, but I could be wrong.  I'll take another look when I get home.  I got frustrated and downloaded a torrent, but hopefully I don't have to use that.

also check to see if you selected demux for both the video and the audio. If you do stream for the video you will get the 1gb chunks because that is how the VOBs are on the original DVDs.
That I'm pretty sure I did.  I haven't used DVD Decrypter to Demux in ages, so I'm admittedly a little rusty.

:grr:  This disk sucks in every way possible.  Neither VLC or SMPlayer can play this POS properly.

Spent hours trying to demux it, for some reason even with dvd decrypter I couldn't get an ac3 file I could use.  Then decided to make a new DVD with just the movie, never did that from raw vob files before so it was more hours learning how to use ifoedit to generate ifo files for the .vob files DVD decrypter made.

So after 4 or 5 hours and several coasters I have a disk that works with any player.  :grr:

Coasters?

Am I the only one who uses DVD-RW discs?  Sure they cost a little more but when I don't have to throw out a disc for every little error, I save money.

Other than finding which was the right title set I had no problems. I used DVD Shrink to make a seperate movie ISO then mounted that image and then used DVD Decrypter as normal.

Yea, I should have used an RW since things were going badly and I should have known there would be problems with the new DVD, but since I was planning on using the new disk somewhat perminantly testing out the rifftrax player I was going to label it.  And I haven't made a coaster in ages so the cost issue isn't a problem, -RWs cost more so even with the occational coaster it's cheaper to use -Rs for stuff you don't plan on erasing.

I guess you're right, if I really looked into it.  I favor the RW discs because I'm often remaking my discs.  There was that time early last year when I redid all of my reauthors (more than 80 of them) to integrate menus.  Sometimes I'll reopen an old project to add a stinger or another special feature.  Sometimes I'll find the audio is out of sync and have to redo the whole project.  Or I'll want to improve the audio levels.  So DVD RWs all the way.

Certainly if you plan on changing the disk RW is the way to go, a couple re-writes is all it would take to save money, and less trash...   For some re-authors I don't like to compress the video too much so that means going with a dual layer disk sometimes, I haven't checked recently but I don't think there are dual layer RW disks.

Thanks, OmegaR!, you are a life-saver!

Coasters?

I use RWs for my first burn and watch. Then if everything is hunky-dory with the volume levels and such, I reburn on an R.

Other than finding which was the right title set I had no problems.
