As seen on E*bay: MST3K the videogame...
« on: November 04, 2010, 12:21:36 AM »
Though I have to admit I'm more than a little dubious....

http://cgi.ebay.com/Atari-2600-Mystery-Science-Theater-2600-/300488185448?pt=US_Vintage_Video_Games&hash=item45f67dd668

..and even if it were real, can you imagine?

Atari 2600 graphics?  Ewwwwww.....

Remember  E.T.  The videogame?

Hozer Video, Eh?

Yeah, I think whoever buys this will definitely be getting 'Hozed' Eh?    ;D

It's probably real.  At the bottom of that auction he says "This cart was made by Hozer Video."  A quick search on google led me to this place:

http://www.hozervideo.com/

A guy who seems to make a living from putting games on Atari cartridges (and by the look of it, hasn't updated his website in about 9 years).  I suspect the game is some sort of free web-based thing that got transferred.

I think it'd be great if The Angry Video Game Nerd bought this and reviewed it.

Remember  E.T.  The videogame?

Then again, Activision came up with some pretty good graphics toward the end (H.E.R.O., Pitfall II, Space Shuttle).

Meanwhile, what could make or break this MST3k game....what will Crow look like walking around?   :D

Wow...and it works?  Are you a collector or did you buy one for the nostalgia of it?

I remember E.T. (sigh...yes I owned a copy)...and a game called Adventure.  It wasn't the Adventure of anyone or to anywhere, just "Adventure", and the character I played was just a square.  Freakin' awesome I tell ya (I loved it at the time though).
