Yea, that song part was truly bizarre.

The film pretends to be about all kinds of diets at the start but then just focuses on Atkins, the song, the "scientific" study with way too few participants....

I agree.  I don't think Atkins tells people they can't have fruits of vegetables as this film claims.

Yea, my dad lost about 100 pounds on Atkins and the carbohydrates in a lot of fruit and veggies are allowed.  After he lost the weight (think it was a year or 2) he went back to watching calories and gained some back, but stabilized at a much healthier weight then when he started.

What i also find telling is that they just say "two people droped out because of health problems" they don't tell us who they were,what the problems where or how long they were on the diet.

I love that they also go on about Atkin's average looking office.

I hope he did sue them this whole film is slander if you ask me.
