I agree.  Only a truly sick and twisted person would do something like that.

Cervantes smiled Spain's chivalry away;
A single laugh demolished the right arm
Of his own country; — seldom since that day
Has Spain had heroes.

where did all the happy endings go?, where could all the good times be.

can not wait to see godzilla movies on this this thing.

https://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-OLED65E6P-65-Inch-Ultra/dp/B019O5F86W/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Did you buy one?

Hopefully I'll be moving to a bigger place next spring and will get something that size, if the price comes down to less than $2500 by then I might get OLED...

So my stack of 3D Blu-rays will become useless when my current TV dies.  Great....

The glasses ended up being very light, fairly cheap, and not much different that wearing sunglasses, that's a reason listed by people that never used them...

The real reason was lack of good content, and studios doing conversions instead of using 3D cameras.  Very few conversions look good, stuff shot with 3D cameras looks great.  Of all the 3D stuff I own I'd say there's only a few movies that have great 3D, and a few documentary or educational movies.

Actually though, I'm guessing real reason is so few people just sit down in a darkened room at watch a movie anymore, and that's what you need to do to enjoy a good 3D movie.  3D was killed by short attention span, if you are always doing other stuff while a movie is on the TV then 3D is useless.

Sure, maybe that's one real reason.  But the other real reason is that 3D is unnecessary, and any decent cinematographer already builds depth into their shots without the gimmick of 3D.  I've never seen a movie that was enhanced by 3D.  Just my opinion of course, but it's an opinion that is apparently shared by quite a few people.

I'm glad they have stopped forcing 3D tech into high end TVs.  I'm much more excited about HDR and OLED than 3D.
