Special rules for this game:
1) Corpses can talk.  What would Lost be if people actually went away when they died? Once you die, you can say whatever you want in the forum, but no PMs.

2) Since you never know if someone is a good guy or a bad guy, I will not announce a player's role after they die.  I will only announce the roles of the people who died at the end of the "day".  For example, if the vote kills off a mafia member and the mafia whacks two citizens, at the end of the "day", I will only say, "Player 1, Player 2, and Player 3 died. One of them was mafia and two were citizens."

If you want to go for a main character, Hurley and Sawyer haven't been taken yet.  Hurley is the big lovable guy, and Sawyer is the bad ass con man.

If you're looking for not quite main, but still a fan favorite there's Charlie (drug addict rock star played by Merry from LOTR) or Faraday (cool physicist guy)

If you're more partial to the obscure or goofy, you could go for Frogurt or Dr Arzt (both background characters known as "red-shirts".  One blows up the other is shot by a flaming arrow)

Looks like Ispep's actually Faraday already, but Charlie = favorite character (besides Desmond, bruthah). Or be Paolo and just be incredibly irritating the whole game.

If you're looking to play a sarcastic smart mouth I'd suggest Sawyer or Miles.

If you'd like to play a militant psychopath I'd suggest Martin Keamy.   

If you'd like to play a more likable character I'd suggest Hurley or Frank Lapidus.
