I do my best to never have ANY writing on the front of the cover, even as part of the picture if I can help it.  The only reason I can think of is that I just like the sleek look of it.

Looks nice.

My printer screwed up and smeared a 1/2 inch line in the middle of it because I forgot to open the door where the paper comes out.  I keep balancing the cost to reprint it versus the likelihood that I'll ever take a close look at the back cover again.  Then I consider that the very knowledge of this flaw drives me nuts.  Then I also consider that I let a printer error on one of my shorts DVDs go unfixed for months.

I guess only the future will show us what can happen.
