Hi all,

New to the board.  I have loved rifftrax and MST3K since the TV shows.   I bought tickets for the San Diego show on Wednesday, I can't wait.

I have a question, the guys keep using the line "Ladies", what movie or show is this from?  They say it long. Laddiesss....HA!  Good stuff.

I couldn't tell you the specific movie or movies (though I would suspect "The Nutty Professor") because I have a severe allergic reaction to the guy, but the source is Jerry Lewis.

I don't think it has a specific source, it's just a generic thing. I do recall Bruce Willis saying it as he runs past a poster in Die Hard though.

I had no idea, but Jerry Lewis makes sense to me (that is to say, it makes sense that Jerry Lewis started "Ladies".  Jerry Lewis himself makes no sense to me whatsoever).

Yeah, it depends.  If it's said sort of short and "hey mama"-like, it's probably generic.  If it's drawn out and nasally, it's Jerry.
