Download to Burn Extraction Failing

Nope, the My Files page has been new for awhile now :) (But there are two different pages still, one from the navigation at the top, the other through your account page.)

OK, yea, I guess I accessed the newer looking page differently than I usually do.
Funny, I did a speed test to speakeazy in CA and it was normal speed, but the speed from rifftrax was 1/10 what it normally is... Will try again this afternoon.
Edit: Got it, burning.....

ok, i just purchased the dvd to burn option of "Maniac" and where i go to download the files under my purchased files list, there are three options for each part, each seemingly identical. in other words, there are three seperate links to "Maniac[DVD].part1.rar" and the same for part 2, etc. i'm not sure which one i should download.

I'm having the exact same problem as deadking13. Too many files displayed for Maniac[DVD].

This one is a headache for me as well. I cannot get any of the files to download completely.
Edit: 1/6/2010. Got it to work now. Emailed support and they were quick to help.
