Pixies "Doolittle" Tour
« on: November 05, 2009, 09:30:01 AM »

Anyone else hitting it up? I bought my ticket, last week, prior to having any knowledge they were playing Doolittle in its entirety. My god, the nineteenth is gonna rule so much!

No good tickets left for Boston. Almost to the last row of the balcony.  I also really never enjoy myself at big shows with assigned seating especially if I am going to be that far back.

I hear you, Torso. At the Aragon, in Chicago, it's all GA.

That is nice. I wish we had more mid-size GA venues here. The only thing we have is a House of Blues (which kinda sucks).

Got my ticket, they're playing in a natural amphitheatre surrounded by vinyards here on the 27th of March.  Should be a little surreal, second time I've seen them wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I am often shocked and appalled by how spoilt Americans are with gigs, above is an example  :o

Well, I'm not a big as fan as you probably are and I'd rather spend $60 on two or three shows for bands I really like. I haven't been listening to them for that long either. :P

I've got tickets to see them in Perth next year, but I'm not sure if they are just playing Doolittle or if they are doing a mixed set. Either way - I am excited!
