I hope the South Park game is great, it has been delayed many times and a lot of people quite during development, both of witch are usually bad signs. It's been years since I've been into South Park but I still appreciate the humor and i hope the game reflects that.

I'm not so worried about the delays since the original publisher (THQ) went belly-up, so there's a lot to recover from there. Also, when a game gets delayed due to quality issues, I say good on them. It's a better scenario than a possibly amazing game that got rushed out and suffered for it (e.g., KotOR II, DA 2).

As for South Park itself, I stopped watching a long time ago, but still find the original episodes I watched (mostly seasons 1 and 2) really funny.

Okay, there are some games that no amount of time can save. And truth be told, I liked both of the games I mentioned, just not as much as I might have if they'd taken the time to fill all the plot holes (KotOR II) or make more maps/environments to play in (DA 2). The ones you mentioned I've never played because I heard they suck donkey balls and therefore steered clear of them.

I've watched a lot of the recent South Park seasons, and they've actually done an amazing job of keeping the show fresh, relevant, and funny.  If this game is making the effort to be like the series and isn't just a cash in piece of crap like the South Park games of the past, I'll be happy.

FYI: Both XBL and PSN will be removing Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Marvel vs Capcom 2 from their stores rather soon.  Why? No one is really sure and Capcom isn't talking. If you want either title, you might want to buy them ASAP.

They also annouced a Legend of Zelda/Dynasty Warriors game called Hyrule Warriors.

I love both of those games, so I'll definitely be picking this one up.  Dynasty Warriors is a great game after a bad day at work.  Just run around button mashing and killing THOUSANDS of enemies.



Oh, and golf is on Wii Sports Club now.

I remember having a lot of fun with Dynasty Warriors on the PS2.  Kind of interested in playing the new one, but not interested enough to get a PS3. 

Is it just my eyes, or are none of the enemies actually attacking Link in that trailer?  They are just kind of wandering around waiting to get swept up in the whirlwind.

Dynasty Warriors 8 is probably the best of the current gen Dynasty titles.

I always find those games fun at first, and then very quickly getting monotonous.

Cute stuff, but it doesn't feel like they entirely committed to it.  Still, Link in Donkey Kong and a giant bullet bill in Super Mario is neat.  And it's out now, apparently.

So I heard.  But I also heard there's no plans on porting it to the PC, which is a shame.

Dynasty Warriors is a franchise that should probably only be played like, every 3 games.  There's so little progression in those games that missing a whole bunch to not get tired of it seems pretty much essential.
