PS5 side notes- I saw Sack Boy in the montage, but not in any actual games.

For the lineup, there were three? exclusives in it. Maybe 4 if that actually is a GoW game at the end. (I'm hearing that yes, it was a GoW sequel)

Oooooh. Medieval Final Fantasy! Sorry, Microsoft. I think Sony gets my big-boy system money this gen.

Was it just me, or was that Final Fantasy trailer devoid of anything interesting story-wise?  None of the characters seemed likable.  From what I can see the combat looks like more FFIV and I'm down with that.  And I'm sure it'll be flashy and pretty and I'll probably buy it.  But that trailer did not make the story look interesting at all.

Thankfully that Hogwarts game is going to be on the PC, because my girlfriend started salivating at the sound of the score, and I don't want to buy a PS5.

Not much in the direct for me. Never could quite get into Monster Hunter. Ori and the Will of the Wisps looks pretty good, but it will be overshadowed by a certain other group of 3D Platformers tomorrow.

New gameplay trailer for the Demon's Souls remake. Looks impressive. Too bad it's Playstation 5 exclusive (for now). And yes, Sony has made a statement that the bit at the end where it says "also available on PC" was a mistake. It isn't, and considering this is a PS5 launch title, it won't be for a long time. We're still waiting for Bloodborne.

Hades version 1.0 is out now! Since I reformatted my hard drive, I've been waiting for this. If I have to start all over, I may as well make sure I don't miss anything.

I REALLY want to get into Monster Hunter, but it feels like RPGs games with the stuff that makes them compelling stripped out. But they looks so good.

It looks so good, I'm almost ready to fall for it again...

Balan Underworld is growing on me. If the reviews are good, I think I'll probably pick it up.
