My first time seeing the SW prequels = Rifftrax
« on: September 07, 2009, 10:30:22 AM »
Am I the only one this is true of?

I never had the nerve to see them when the theatres were filled with squealing fancreatures wetting themselves over them.

I saw the original SW movie in '77 as a 12 y/o and after it, just shrugged and asked my mom why everyone thought it was so special.

So I have to thank Rifftrax for something beyond entertaining me and saving my sanity - I am now more fluent in Massculturish since I avoid things like this normally.  But RT makes them palatable.

I'm fairly sure I don't recall bothering to watch episode 3 without rifftrax.

Sadly, I saw them in the theater. Although I can proudly say I didn't make that mistake with the Transformers sequels.
