I learned women back then wore full makeup, even in the bathtub (or buuuth). I love the shot of her putting on lipstick, as it is done without a closeup to attempt to disguise she was wearing lipstick already.

  I knew she was in Topper but after reading her imdb credit list,  I don't think I've seen anything else she's done.  She seems to be one of those actresses who were content to quit the biz early.

    Where the hell did they show this short?  This hardly seems the kind of thing to run between a weekend double-feature.  "Shut up, kids.  Your cartoon will be on as soon as we watch the lady put on her make-up." ??
