TMZ seems to be the only source reporting that he's dead. But they usually are right.

Find it odd / compelling / creepy that they have a variation of the word "dead" 3 times in that URL.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting he's dead.  They were initially saying that he was in a coma.  They've only just changed the story.
