Happy New Year everyone.

How'd you start of 2007(Besides having your head in a toilet bowl)?

Same way I always do... Trudge to the kitchen, grab my coffee, trudge to the computer, see naked women..  er.. I mean... read email....  yes, email!  Then I get on with my day of Helping people fix their computers.

Well the PRE-New Years pretty much amounted to watching The Matrix Rifftrax again (This time with my bro in tow) and the new year started with a kiss for my wife, then we ate junk food and Watched the Metalocalypse marathon on Adult Swim. :^)

As I type this, we are getting ready to go grab wings with my brothers. So far, so good for 2007! :^)

I had just finished a 12 hour shift on New Years Eve, so I was mellowing out in front of the TV, watching the Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequels (rubbish, yet strangely captivating) and the fantastic Thank You for Smoking.

Thank You For Smoking is a great movie. I watched Secondhand Lions right before the lame fireworks at the Space Needle. I got hi-def, and I swear it was just 5 guys standing on top of the needle shooting roman candles.

Aside from sleeping most of the day, I went to help a friend move to San Antonio.

He had WAY too much crap.

All friends have WAY too much crap when you have to help them move  ;)

What did I do?
Took my 15 month old son to his first Junior A hockey game. It was a close one...our home team won 12-3  ::)

I watched Teenage Strangler for the first time with the girlfriend last night. (I may have gotten the last available Volume 10.) It might have been the booze, but that was a damn good episode. She didn't even fall asleep until the last 20 minutes. "Pansygram!"

Thank You For Smoking is one of very few movie adaptations I've seen that I enjoyed more than the book. I'd like to see a movie made of Christopher Buckley's Little Green Men as well.
