From Emmy Award-winning directors Joe and Anthony Russo ("Arrested Development") comes "Community," a smart comedy series about higher education -- and lower expectations. The student body at Greendale Community College is made up of high-school losers, newly divorced housewives, and old people who want to keep their minds active. Within these not-so-hallowed halls, "Community" focuses on a band of misfits, at the center of which is a fast-talkin' lawyer whose degree has been revoked (Joel McHale, "The Soup"), who form a study group and end up learning a lot more about themselves than they do about their course work. In addition to McHale, the series also stars: Gillian Jacobs, Yvette Nicole Brown, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie and comedy legend Chevy Chase. Joe and Anthony Russo directed the pilot that was written by Dan Harmon.

McHale finally getting a primetime show? I'm in.

I'm there.  I might even wear bells.

Nah, no bells.

But I'm watching it for sure.

I know that I like Danny Pudi from somewhere.  Apparently his IMDb doesn't feel the need to list what, because I've never seen anything it has listed, but I know I like him.  It might be from a commercial.  As I type, I realize it might be that Blackberry "butt dialing" commercial.  Whatever, what I'm saying is I'm there.

Hooray! Dan Harmon wrote some cool shit like "Heat Vision & Jack", "Laser Fart" the pilot for "The Sarah Silverman Program", the original script for the movie "Monster House", and a whole bunch of other crap.

I'm very excited.  I feel like this could be the beginning of a relationship that will go well for several months until I am heavily invested in the characters and then NBC will cancel it
I am not above projectile vomiting to get my way

I really liked it, McHale is a very natural comedic actor.  I'll be tuning in each week.

I liked it.  Though I do hope John Oliver doesn't leave the Daily Show to be a regular.

Enjoyable pilot, although I felt like I had basically seen the whole thing in the trailer. McHale's funny as always, and Chevy Chase could be seeing a real comeback if this show is successful. Here's hoping the show keeps up.
