Any of the Kaiju films could be riffed really, personally i hope they do Godzilla Final Wars because that was by far THE worst of the Godzilla films. I mean yes all Godzilla films are cheesy, but they made this film into some kind of weird Matrix plot line with monsters and bad rock music in it =P.

They most likely won't riff any of the Japanese Godzilla films, or any Japanese films in general, unless said film has a large distribution rate in the United States. If it's hard to find it's a good bet they won't do it.
