Here's some surprising news
http://www.cardboardconnection.com/2013-press-pass-parks-and-recreation-trading-cards

Quote
2013 Press Pass Parks and Recreation is the first trading card set for the popular and critically acclaimed sitcom. The show mixes traditional elements like autographs and relic cards, but the freshness of both the license and the signature lineup make for a big first impression for collectors.

Autographs fall two per box with all being signed on-card. Regular cast members and guest stars have signatures in the release including several first-time signers who are making big impressions on the Hollywood comedy scene. Amy Poehler (Leslie Knope), Rob Lowe (Chris Traeger), Rashida Jones (Ann Perkins) and Aziz Ansari (Tom Haverford) all have autograph cards in the set. Press Pass promises there will be more signers announced, both regular cast members and guest stars, before the set is released. Poehler and Lowe also have rare variation autographs.

Inserted one per box, Relic cards include pieces of show-worn costumes.

The 2013 Press Pass Parks and Recreation base set has 90 cards. They will focus on episodes from the first four seasons, capturing many of the quirkiest moments of the sitcom about municipal politics.

Boxes come with 24 packs, sticking with a traditional distribution format rather than a premium offering.

There are actually quite a few shows that have trading card sets - Game of Thrones, Spartacus, Big Bang Theory, and Castle to name a few

For those who don't regularly go to the front page of Hulu, for April Fool's Day they highlighted the "latest episodes" of several fictional shows-within-a-show, including "Ya Heard? With Perd".

The Pawnee Animal Control's Flintstone workwhistle may very well be my favorite thing the show has done to date. That was so fantastic.

"Tougher than it looked though"

And of course Wittels worked there! :D

Too bad about Rob Lowe, but yay for Rashida.  They ran out of things to do with Ann several seasons ago.

Sad to see them go, even though yes, they've been unsure what to do with Ann for a long time. Still, she made a great confidant/foil for Leslie, and I'll miss their dynamic.

Rashida Jones ... leaving
Well that's the hotness quotent of the show cut by ~58% then. Not that the other 42% isn't a draw but still.

Make sure you watch all the way to the end for a hilarious joke about women drivers. Thelma & Louise gets 5 stars.

:D

Anyone else excited for the doppelganger-doings that's happening's this season? The casting has been outstanding.
