That is totally worth it even just for a few games.

I'd actually love to pick up a PS3. I've wanted to play Catherine for AGES, and I think there were a few others. Its funny, I tend to not want consoles until theyre last Gen, since I only ever want to play a few games with them and it's easier to wait.

Heck, it's worth $20 just to get a nice Blu-ray player that HAPPENS to play video games.

A reminder- the Square Enix online store is offering a bunch of games (none of which we know the title of yet) for $9.99. Five PC games with an alleged value of $80 or more. Might be getting Dues Ex and Tomb Raider or you might be getting Achranox and Kane & Lynch. You'll find out what it is in 7 hours.

(Later)
Well, for the curious the titles were FF XIV, FFXIII, Thief (the new one), Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris and the first episode of Life is Strange (gee, thanks), with some coupons for other stuff.

Week 3 of the PSN holiday sale has a few games I want. But I'm holding off until after Christmas on the off chance my wife gets me a PS4. (I will then yell at her for spending that kind of money on me, and then get right to gaming.) :)

Gamestop is selling a previous gen and next gen bundle right now. The previous gen bundle contains a 360, PS3 and Wii and the next gen is a XB1, PS4 and Wii-U. Sadly, they're both pretty pricey, but hey, good idea at least.

January Humble Monthly Bundle:

The Talos Principal
The Master Plan
Mushroom 11
Grim Fandango Remastered
Spelunky
A Fistful of Gun

This is the first month that I've gotten games I really wanted.  I've been thinking about getting The Talos Principal and Grim Fangango for a while, really happy to see them here.

Also, if you pre-pay for Febuary's bundle you get Alien Isolation right now.

Oh, and here's Spelunky if anyone wants it: https://humblebundle.com/gift?key=UBcD8K5ARRWhxqta

That's a really good one. I've pretty much wanted all of those games too. I've been waiting for Talos to get super cheap. I might pick up next months to get Alien Isolation. I played Alien Isolation but I don't own it so it would be nice to have.
