Well, after I finish shaking my head, here's Amazon's release schedule for them today.

They're limiting the sales to certain times and you can only buy 1 of each fig.

I got the bottom tier for a dollar (and designated it for the War Child charity), mainly for the Dawn of War games (I kind of suspect that they're in there at least partially as a "loss leader" for the various DLCs for DOW I and II) but COH comes highly-recommended too, currently downloading it on steam.
