I would just do it. Just because gaming is better on PC doesn't mean it's bad on console. The Last of Us is a worthy exclusive. Can't say much about Bloodborne, as I've only just started it, but I haven't read a bad thing about it yet.

Steam is having a "Roguelike" sale this weekend. If you're into that sort of thing, which I am. Some games that I would strongly recommend that are under $5 now that I don't think too many people here play would include Rogue Legacy (especially Rogue Legacy), Risk of Rain, Tales of Maj'Eyal and Super House of Dead Ninjas.

And there's the usual recommendations of FTL, Spelunky, Binding of Isaac, Don't Starve, Crypt of the NecroDancer etc.

I've been itching for a new roguelike, and I was suffering paralysis of choice with the sale so I'm going to take a couple of your recommendations and pick up Tales of Maj'Eyal and Super House of Dead Ninjas.

I don't think you could have chosen two more dissimilar games  Tales is about as Roguelike as you can get without going full on ASCII graphics, while Super House of Dead Ninjas is more straight up action.

Yeah, I was going for variety. I picked Tales because it looked extremely roguish (I think there's even a graphic option to make it look ASCII) and House of Dead Ninjas because I've had a good history with Adult Swim games. I regret neither purchase. :^)
