If anyone's waited this long to pick up Portal 2, it's a mere $6.79 on Steam for the next 20 hours.

Of if you've waited all this time to find out what all that fuss about cake was about, you can get the first and second Portal for $8.49.

Hey Steam folks. Click on a random Rockstar game. See the notice to join the Official Rockstar Group? Do so and you'll get a free copy of Midnight Club II. Like so:

Granted, it doesn't run on Vista or Win 7, but hey. Still free.

Price drop on the DSi Nintendo handhelds on the 20th:
The DSi line of handhelds is about to get cheaper. Starting May 20, Nintendo is dropping the MSRP of the DSi to $99.99 (from $150), and the DSi XL to $129.99 (from $170). Finally, the DSi XL will be cheaper than the 3DS – which launches in a new color the same day! (Midnight Purple, BTW.)

Now I'm interested in a DSi, but not enough to buy one when I have a perfectly good DS. 3DS, I'll look into, once I find out info on the job.

Bioshock dual pack (digital download only) for $7.49 right now: http://www.amazon.com/2K-Games-41045k-Dual-Pack1/dp/B0083W649I/ref=sr_1_2?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1337302451&sr=1-2

Got it! Been considering getting these on the 360 for a long time, but just never got around to it. Hopefully I'll be able to run them with my wimpy video card and not have to crank down the quality too much. I won't know for a couple days or so anyway, since my DSL is slow as Christmas. Oh, and since my wife had several $5 gift card codes, I actually got them for free, so that's good.

Bishock was made in 2007, it ran perfectly on my old Radeon HD 4350 (a 2008/2009 card). Heck, even Bioshock 2, made in 2010, ran flawlessly on that 4350 on all high settings (just turn off Vsync.)

Good to know. Mine's a Radeon HD 5400, so it should work just fine.

Ooh. Great deal on recent Paradox titles on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0085CD7BE

5 Games + DLC- $12.49
Crusader Kings II, Victoria II, Magikca & The Stars Are Left DLC, Sword of the Stars II and Swords of the Stars Complete Collection

Very Nice prices, and most of those games are well worth that price by themselves. Most.
