Sorry. Darklands was a RPG from Microprose in the early 90s set in Medieval Germany. It's one of the great unsung games in RPG history. (It also had some pretty nasty bugs which hopefully have been patched since 1992. Patching in those days was a bit cumbersome, due to the lack of the interwebz.)

This isn't exactly a bargain, but "9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors" is currently available on Amazon for twenty-five dollars. I'm posting it here because the game is a few years old and I think it's going out of print. I've had great difficulty finding it in the past and it was more expensive. Amazon didn't even have it when I looked previously. Anyway, I've already raved about the game in various threads so I'll spare you my rabid fawning and just say it's worth every penny at this price and it's the best game in the DS's already-stellar game library.

I saw the news on Joystiq and bought it if only just for Gemini Rue, which looks like a cool Beneath a Steel Sky meets Blade Runner kind of adventure game.

I also bought the currently on sale Back to the Future Telltale series on Steam, which is at something like $10 for the whole thing.
