Video Game Bargain Thread

You know, I could have sworn that someone already started one of these, but I can't find it. Oh well.

To start this up, starting tomorrow (April 1st) Sony is dropping the price of the PS2 to $99. If you don't have a PS2 (or if you need a backup) this might be a good time to pick one up, as there might be one or two good games available for the system.

I did read somewhere that it'd sold 150 million units.

How much you want to bet the PS2 will continue to out sell the PS3?

The is week Target is having a buy 2 get 1 free sale on Wii games.

Yeah, considering my first couple broke... the third one is going strong though.
I expect the 360 has equally bloated sales numbers.

Heh, I wouldn't be surprised.  150 million is still pretty impressive, though.  I expect the Wii to sail past it though.

Don't worry. I was there today and it's only on selected games, most the likes of M&M Racing.

I have to admit that I rarely buy games new anymore. Usually I get them at my local GameStop or on Half.com. I also sell my old games online instead of trading them in. You get a lot more that way, even if you make sure you're the lowest priced, and someone gets a good deal. It's a win-win.

Wrong its actually every game... only selected games are excluded, most the likes of wii fit.
