At least we got this out of it.

BTW, does this mean that they finally figured out who owns the character and they can release the shows on DVD?

I hope so. I'd get the DVD set as soon as it came out. And then I'd actually sit down and watch it again and probably be massively dissapointed.

I don't know.....I have a set of "20 Minutes Into the Future" and clips of the interview show on YouTube.  Still some great (albeit dated) stuff.

I'd love "official" sets for commentary and backstage stuff.

I have all the episodes on DVD, and yeah... they're not as great as i remembered.

Well, I see it as Cartoon Network not so much selling out, but just being what it is: a business. It's doing what most businesses do to survive, so I can't blame it for being what it is and behaving the way a normal business would.

I've always wished Adult Swim, which is technically its own network, would just part ways with Cartoon Network and get its own independant station. Then I probably would never have any reason to even flip the remote to Cartoon Network, since AS is all I watch on there anyway.

ATHF, Home Movies, Venture Bros, etc.....24/7. Just imagine it..... ;D

You could say it was a survival tactic only if there was some data suggesting kid-filled ripoffs of Discovery Channel and G4 shows was a formula for success. Otherwise, they're going to be limping their way to the unemployment office because they shot themselves in the foot (feet?). It was pretty stupid when they started showing live action on Adult Swim, but this is ambitious level of dumb. Not that I care, of course.
