The guy who ran the East India Company in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.  Couldn't think of anything else because apparently there aren't any movies featuring Robert Walpole as a character.  You'd think you Brits would've made one about him already.  Masterpiece Theater is down to Little Dorrit for crying out loud.
