I was going to say Star Wars would probably be on Fox, but apparently Lucas decided it should be on HBO so all the fans who swore they'd never pay him another cent would have to pay him another cent.

Where'd you hear this?
On the internets. Unconfirmed as far as I can tell.

Yeah, when they truncated Season 2 because of the writers' strike, FX decided to leave it off for good.

Did it have an ending?

In no way, shape or form. It ended on more of a cliffhanger than Season 1.

That sucks. I saw the first 3 or 4 episodes of Season 1. I even have the DVDs but now I will probably not bother watching the rest.

Ah. I'm wondering if an HBO series would mean the Star Wars universe would get tits and swears.

Lucas screwed up A New Hope by having Greedo shoot to try to "de-violence" one of the stories heroes and you think he'll go adult in that way????

Worse thing to happen to Star Wars was Lucas became a father.

That's what happens when you don't cast Miles O'Brien.

How much Brien?

Prison Break?

No, didn't know he was in Prison Break...he was in the Married with Children rip-off, too, "The War at Home."  Watched part of the first episode, found pain-inducingly unfunny.
