Different DVD versions?

I don't think there are different cuts of the movie out, but wonder if the chapter breaks are different on the older disks? 

Playing in the player the first chapter is fine but the rest of the movie is off by about 2 seconds and there's a skip in the riff audio at each chapter break.  The disk I have is the first release (DTS audio version, back when they sold different copies for Dolby 5.1 and DTS).  For chapters 2 and up the out of sync time sounds the same, so it must be the chapter breaks are not where the player expects them.

Guess I'll have to reauthor this one, can someone post the sync lines, so I don't have to download the zip file just to get them...
