They kill lesbian vampires.  It's by the guys behind Gavin & Stacey, if that means anything to you.

Doesn't ring a bell, link?

They've become kind of a thing recently:

It's made by the BBC, so you could probably watch it on their iplayer.

Please tell me this is for real!?!?!

I might actually be able to sit through more than several seconds of Pride and Prejudice if there's a Predator involved!

Gah this is the problem, Austen has fallen unfairly into the great/romantic fiction trap when they're actually very witty satirical works.

I'm not saying she'd definitely approve of the details of And Zombies or And Predator, but she'd probably appreciate the intention behind them.

The Predator concept is too dull. Aside from the capacity to respect females, he'd blend into the British Aristocracy so much nobody would notice. Heck, one of the sisters will probably wind up married off to him. Then he'll settle down and stop roaming the galaxy, his eternal quest for the thrill of The Hunt relegated to whenever he can find some time away from his wife and sterile hybrid family.

Yeah, it is a fairly humorous and snarky novel. It's just hard to pick up on some of that stuff because all the names run together in your head unless you've seen a film adaptation first.

I just look forward to the possibility of seeing a Predator wearing the era clothes. My eyeballs will explode with too much awesomeness.

From awesomeness. Yes. Not from anything else, though. That would just be silly (and unpleasant).
