I'm not too excited. I used to love Conan. Now, he's a shell of his former comedic self. The last 4 years of his comedy is just reapeating he what he already did. I mean, eventually there's no more of yourself to depricate. You'd think after 14 years of that, you eventually hit zero.

And Jimmy Fallon sucks so bad. You know what I mean? He is so uncomfortable on camera. Watching him makes me self-conscience. He doesn't know where to look and he's kisses the ass of every celebrity on his show. At least Conan's flaw was that he made every interview about himself. He would steer every anecdote to "This is how stupid I would look doing it!" *pantomimes* And maybe he would look like an out of touch dork, but not a kiss-ass.
I really do like pie.

Just think, they might have the technology to invent a host who neither kisses ass or talks about themselves. OMG, what would they do?? When that Hadron collider starts working, I bet we will find out!

A while back a friend of mine got to be on all three late night shows (he's a musician). Later he told me that of all three hosts, Conan was the nicest and most genuine guy who went out of his way to make my friend and his band feel welcome. He also mentioned that Leno was also a very nice guy while Letterman pretty much ignored them most of the time.

I can't wait for Conan to come back, he's the only one I watch.
Dammit, Maverick! Why don't you play by the rules?!

"Joel, what's a Harringway?"
"About a pound."

Man I wish there was an  NBC station in Delaware.

Any time I see a clip of Conan he seems like one of the funniest guys alive and his Simpsons episodes are some of my favorites, but I can't see his show because there are no NBC stations anywhere near me.

I know this is late, but check Hulu. They are partly owned by NBC Universal. :)

I don't think that's gonna work for him since he is still on dial-up.

Maybe he should check out the Conan DVDs that Lionsgate released a few years back.

    • Yep, I have a deviantART gallery. But it's pretty cheerful drawings-- no angsty poems or black-and-white photos of wooden chairs.

Yeah, I forgot about all that until yesterday. I was so bummed out when he finished up Late Night. I was thinking: "NO! Three months without Conan!? How will I make it?" Very easily, it seems, when I stop thinking about it.

A watched pot never boils.
I used to have an image here, but Photobucket got cheap about remote linking. I guess I'll have to think of something witty instead. Which I will. Later. It caught me by surprise, in all honesty. It's hard to be clever on command, I mean, YOU try it. Be funny: NOW! See, tough. So, gimme a bit, 'kay?
