My Crazy-Ass Local Weather

There's a little flooding across the street from K2's place.




While I was out back playing "Hoth" with the kids in the back yard the rear storm door froze shut.  When I pushed the button and pulled the handle the handle snapped into about 4 pieces in my hand.     Fortunately I was able to get us back in the house.  Kids are warming up under blankets and snacking on beer bread dipped in pizza sauce.

We are low 60s now, and high 60s later.

I think it is a luck thing that Houston is not 70 degrees warmer than the Boston area is summer.

So checking the weather back home and Monday night will have a Low of 9 degrees and Tuesday's High will be 30

Glad I timed my return from vacation for next Sunday, Jan. 12 instead of this weekend
