It was almost 80°F at midnight, since 8 AM it's been between 60 and 65.  Tomorrow night it will drop into the low 40s.

It's been windy here lately... BUT... the temps have been in the low 60's and high 50's at night, so it is really, really freaking nice out here.

Made it to 96 today. 6th straight day with a record high and 8 of the last 9 days but it's FINALLY coming to an end!

Looks like we've seen our last 90 degree day for the rest of the year here in the Charlotte NC area.
If that holds true, we had a total of 85 days of 90 degrees or above which ties for 3rd most ever (88 days in 1954, 87 in 2010 and 85 in 1925).
Last year we had 74 days which ranks at number 10

So Sub-Tropical Storm Nestor is being nicknamed 'Frankenstorm' by our local meteorologist as it moves through our area this weekend.. 2-3 inch estimates

Last week or two the temps have really plummeted out here. That's New Mexico for you. The only thing I hate about winter is that when I go in some place that has the heat on and I've got my coat on and then I start sweating like a mofo because I have no place to put my coat or awkwardly carry it around with me.
