Watching the little old lady next door have her house re-roofed since there's a winter storm watch already up for this area through Friday.  With today being the 1 year anniversary of the big ice storm that shut down where I lived for over 3 weeks -- this is mildly entertaining.  Will the shingles or the ice get here first??

If they're anything like the crew of 5 from El Salvador that de-shingled and re-roofed the house next door to me in 5 hours a couple years back, or like the crew of 3 Latinoes that shingled my 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom addition back in April of last year in 2 hours, This won't be a problem

Nope, they're back.  It's actually Day 3 of this little adventure.  And the house isn't that big!!  I think it's because of the weather that they don't have the Latinos working -- too cold here and it's already starting to rain.  We'll see what gets done!

Preparing for the upcoming Winter storm mix of snow sleet and freezing rain moving into our area later today through tonight and into tomorrow.. Going to gas up the vehicles in a bit

Watching the sleet/snow come down like crazy after they said we were supposed to get lots last night and it didn't show up.  Guess it decided to crap on us all at once again like last year.  And listening to the police scanner.....yeah....I'm one of those.....
