I've been reading some terrible reviews for the restored color A Trip To The Moon 1902 Blu-Ray

Seems you only have one soundtrack option for the restored color version, and it's not good or appropriate music for the movie.  But you have multiple options for the restored B&W version...

There's also a glitch in the audio for the restored B&W on the BD but not the DVD, supposedly they are fixing that and will replace it if you ask.

I'd like to get it, but it's $30, a bit much for a disc that has issues....

Anyone else notice that the pictures online of the art work for the upcoming Lethal Weapon Blu Ray set doesn't feature Mel Gibson anywhere on it?  It's just a generic picture of a lit stick of TNT,I wonder if this has anything to do with him being box office poison in the past few years or if someone really did think that art work looks good for a major release from a major studio.

So I've decided to get myself caught up with the Clone Wars series on Blu-ray. I'm shopping for season 2, and it says there's a 3 disc set and a 4 disc set. No explanation of what the 4th disc is, if there's new content, or if they just said at one point, "We can fit all this onto 3 discs!"

Anyone happen to know what the story is there?

There was some repackaging though. In 2011 the packs weren't embossed or as fancy as the first pressing.

Well, the sets are from Warner Home Video, which has a long-standing policy of treating anything they regard as "kids' product" as cheaply and shittily as possible. So I wouldn't be surprised if they made the last-minute decision to cram the season onto three discs.

Again, the blu ray has ALWAYS been on 3 discs.  I bought this set years ago when it was still new.

The only complaint I've actually seen about it is that the sound isn't lossless, but I couldn't tell.  The first season has really great extras--little featurettes after every episode--and that gets dropped afterwards, unfortunately, for about 2 extras per season.
Yeah for some reason a bunch of sites have the Digibook listed as 4 disc, but the repackage listed as 3. I went with the digibook anyway so it would match my season 1 set because I'm OCD like that. I'm just happy I'll finally get to catch up on the show. I've abstained from watching for 3 seasons now because of an episode I missed way back at the end of Season 1. I don't want to see anything out of sequence. I'm OCD like that too. :^) Season 3 is my next purchase and Season 4 is waiting on my DVR.
