A 46-year-old Iowa man died following a construction accident Tuesday, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy Comly of Hornick, Iowa, was working with a construction crew in the area of Alvo Road and North 27th Street on Tuesday afternoon. At about 1:18 p.m., deputies were called to the area on a report that a man, Comly, was trapped inside the dumping mechanism of a semitrailer dirt hauler.

Comly had stopped to clean out the bed of the dirt hauler after moving a load of dirt to a development in the area. He opened the hydraulic, clamshell-style doors  to allow him access to clean out the truck’s bed. As he was doing so, according to the sheriff’s report, the doors closed on him after an apparent drop in hydraulic pressure.

Indomitus:
From the short, I learned that if I do stupid things, bad things happen.  It changed my life!

From the DVD...  I learned how to do the Ballpoint Pen!  Do the Ballpoint!  Seriously, I think those songs are my favorite parts of the disc.

Darth Geek:
I learned that Rifftrax wants me to pay 15 dollars for one short (since I already own the rest). I am also learning the limits of my addiction, as I will probably get the disk eventually.
