They should riff Psycho. You heard me, and no, I don’t mean that piece o’ crap remake from Gus Van Sant, I mean the real Psycho. It’s a classic movie, it's good, but it could be great fun to see riffed. Marianne trying desperately to seem like she's not up to something, geeky Norman, Mother, the era, the shrink at the end there to wrap everything up... it's all ready to be riffed! Does anyone agree? Probably not.

I agree. Good movies are tough to riff, but with so much time having passed just the cultural differances are enough to make a great film like this funny as hell.

How is it a piece of crap?  it's almost exactly the same.

I agree though, the more sacred cows slaughtered the better.

The remake wasn't so much a piece of crap as it was pointless.  If you're going to try and duplicate almost everything why not just point your camera at the original movie with a caption that says "just watch this"
