If you could add one nonexistent show to history...
« on: August 10, 2008, 03:25:30 PM »
...what would it be?

Personally, I would like to have seen a show where the titular "Bad Dudes" from Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja team up to battle aliens, gangsters, and CHUD.  What would YOU like to have seen?

A good SF series based on the SFRPG "Traveller".

A good "Ghostbusters" primetime series.

The Incredibles: The Series (but, unlike every other DIsney animated series based on a movie, it wouldn't cheapen the memory of the film)

I read an article that Speilberg wanted to make a Monkey-type comedy show with the guys from Supergrass. That would have been awesome, but now we have Flight of the Conchords, so I am cool

and i totally concur aboput Gareth Keenan Investigates

Feng Shui/Shadowfist- The TV Series!

Based on the RPG/CCG- it's time traveling martial artists/gun-fu experts in a battle for control of Earth that ranges across time and space! And it's got cybernetic gorillas too!

A non-gritty series staring a superheroine who feasts on human flesh. She haunts the shadowy alleys eating rapists, mass murderers, and really bad directors!

The first episode would involve Uwe Boll and a lot of barbeque sauce >3

An animated Monkey Island series.  Drawn in the style from Curse of Monkey Island, with the voice actors and musical themes from the game.

I'd also like to see the game Star Wars: X-Wing adapted as a live-action series, based on the novella from the strategy guide.

A series based on Wing Commander.

It wouldn't be gritty it would be aimed at the 14 and under crowd.

Todays kids need some cool action shows that don't have a lot of blood and sex like i had when i was a kid and I think a Wing Commander show would work well.

Ooh, I like it. But with Ron Gilbert, Tim Schafer and Dave Grossman writing.

 I'd so love that.

Also I kinda thought about making a joke opposite thread of this one and have a "If you could eliminate one nonexistant show from being made..." and then just pick one of the show someone in this thread made. Just to be a smart ass...
