I'd go with the latter since there seems to be some sort point behiond having it divided into sections.

Oh and I started as well.

I will try to get the proposed fourth member on still, she's expressed a desire to be part of this.

I read this book about 4 years ago and wouldn't mind re-reading it - thought it was great.  But right now I'm about 45 pages away from the end of Hound of the Baskervilles, so I might be a little slow catching up.
