I learned that educational films aimed at adults should still point out the blatantly obvious as if the audience was 5 years old....

Sorry to ask a question in "what have we learned" but: Who was the intended audience for this thing?

I think it was probably shown to kids in High School or middle school during Home Ec.

But yeah almost any short talks down to people like they are 5.

[narrator voice]"Billy has a ball. Billy knows the ball is round. Can you think of anything else that is round?"

It sure seemed to be written for high school or younger, but then all the people doing the buying looked to be 30+, not in the just getting out of college and starting on their own age group...  Maybe it was a "look at how stupid mom and dad are" approach to teaching, but somehow I doubt it.

I dunno.  The first housewife to appear in the short looked like she was eighteen to me.

Anyway, I learned that if you have to chew your milk more than three times, throw it out.

Nah.  Just keep lots of chocolate mix around.  That'll take the edge off it.

"If it says 'corn' on the label, it's probably corn." Thankyou Mr. Murphy, the film failed to clarify such things.

I learned that there are actually people in this world who don't like cake!  :o

If I had to do my teens all over again, I still would have had no drivers license and still would have memorized bad movies.  Every Turkey Day was well spent as is.
