I thought this one was really well done. I'm loving these shorts! They're fine to just sit down and watch when I have a few free minutes.

Classic, awesome stuff guys.  I laughed out loud; which is fine at home...at work, not so much.

Keep 'em coming!

I loved the "strawberries" line, but I can't figure out who is saying it, it's a bad Bogart impression, and that makes it even funnier...

Shorts are about the best thing these guys did back in the day and their talent hasn't dimmed at all!   :highfive: This depressing genre I'd like to call High School Noir! Dark, grey, unseen, unhappy adults monitoring your every move and recording it in the dreaded PERMANENT RECORD where they note you frequently pick your nose and eat it! You'll never get a good job because of your behavior. You will become a total failure and lead a life of unspeakable misery until fueled by a total addiction to the dreaded Marijuana you steal a pair of loafers from JC Pennys and get gunned down in the parking lot by the cops. Ahem. Yes, I liked it. Do some more!

Good stuff, but I was under the impression that this came as video with the riffing already on it.

It does.  It's a Rifftrax VoD...Video on Demand.  http://shop.rifftrax.com/ondemand (http://shop.rifftrax.com/ondemand)

It swings both ways (it's like that).  Have it your way.  Like Burger King.  And roughly about as edible.

Very good.  The shorts are loads of fun.  I always like the shorts on MST3K, and Rifftrax is holding to that pretty well.  Let's mix it up, throw in some different types of shorts.
Okay, everybody...  To the Prelinger Archives!  Bring back suggestions!

ah ok, I was overlooking the tab.

I must say, the beginning jokes are much better when its in sync.

But this was pretty good, akin to the funnier MST3k shorts. Its definitely worth $1- more satisfying than a snickers bar.

For a buck, I'll take it.  ;) It wasn't nearly as absurd or ridiculous as some of the old MST3K shorts though, asside from the people turning into little kids.

I absolutely LOVED this short.  Funny as hell!  I laughed out loud constantly.  These shorts are great to watch whenever you just want a quick laugh, but you don't feel like committing to an entire movie.  I hope they keep doing more of these.  Bravo!

SHORTS ROCK!

Yeah, nothing like a Rifftrax nooner to put a smile on your face.

You know, I was thinking... a baby does not typically carve his own initials into a desk right? Only young kids/teens do that kind of thing(usually). So technically, since the kid is a kid/teen, he is actually acting his age, isn't he?!

Maybe this film was shown to the faculty, not the students.

It's really about how immature and creepy the principal was acting.
"Can I see your pencil?" is not an appropriate way to ask a student out.

It's a warning about what can happen to YOU, the teacher.

My fave bit -

Film: "....well you know what to do about the desk"

Riff:   "Hope it fits up there"   :D ;D

I agree with a previous caller. These shorts are great for a wee few minutes of time-fillin' fun  :) I also have em running in the background as much as I would moozik these days.

Shorts are awesome, and this one is no exception.

I would like to see more full-length VOD's, though. That way, I can laugh and not patronize, say, Batman and Robin.

Am I the only one who finds it extremely creepy how the principal offers the kid a knife?

Like one of those gangster movies where they find the snitch and put a gun on the table, leave the room and let him "take care of the problem" himself?

And btw....if Jim's original problem was that he didn't have a pencil to finish his test, why didn't he just use the pencil he knew was in the desk that he tried to open the can of stain with?   ???
