I know there's award show fatigue, but I'm still a sucker for the Oscars. For the last few years, I try to watch everything that's nominated before the award show. The best part of that is watching the foreign films and shorts that always get ignored. It can be difficult, especially since many of these things get harder to watch once their nominated. I've found that any effort I can put in before the nominations will help in the long run.
Here are all the possible animation shorts. I don’t think they will be available in a week or two.

I try to take the Oscars seriously, but they haven't had a win for Best Picture that I've agreed with since 2004.

The only award I was really curious about was Best Animated Picture.
I liked The Incredibles 2 better, but Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse was really good and a good choice to win.
I'm just glad Isle Of Dogs didn't win. Wes Anderson is seriously overrated. And while I love stop motion animation, the style of this and Fantastic Mr. Fox is hideous.

Yeah, Spider-Verse might not have been my absolute favorite animated film of the year, but there's no doubt the film pushes the format in new and interesting ways. It deserves its kudos.

I generally really like Anderson, and loved Fantastic Mr Fox, but I'm with you on Isle of Dogs. What a stinker.

I feel like the Best Picture category started going downhill with The English Patient, 1997. Titanic was a shoe-in for '98, but then Shakespeare in Love beat out Saving Private Ryan in '99. What?

There's been a LOT of times where a movie clearly shouldn't have won for best picture.
