I couldn't very well make a cover for a movie about masked Mexican wrestlers and NOT include Strong Bad.

Maybe I should have included Masked Muscle from Super Punch Out as well.

I really really love the cover to this... but...   as someone obsessed with Mexican Wrestling movies,I have to point out that the head on this body is clearly that of the 2nd-most famous Luchador Blue Demon. (and technically, it's Blue Demon Jr.)  Someone clearly knew what they were doing in Photoshop when they desaturated the mask, added the thunderbolts, even shaded the head... it's a masterpiece!!!!

...but for fans of these movies (there's roughly 100 of them) this is a bit goofy.  It's like coloring Michael Keaton as Batman's head red, putting thunderbolts on it and calling him the Flash.   This particular face and mask is very distinctive.

However, I doubt they're going to complain too much.

Yes, it annoys me when they put el Hijo de Santo on the cover of an el Santo movie, or Blue Demon Jr. on the cover of a Blue Demon movie.  I am the very definition of ridiculous nerd, probably.

And on that note, if anyone is interested, I made a little mini-documentary about Mexican Wrestler movies. It's really crappy, but informative.

Now that is a nice cover.   Did you find that high cover art stuff yourself, or did you have to make it all up?   I could not find ANYTHING.

This was a bit tricky to cut to shape as there was no border line on the front part to cut along but I got it to work.

Sorry guys... I didn't think about the white space on the front. New versions with borders have been uploaded now though.

Thanks!
I never invested in getting any DVD cover software.. I've just been using MS Paint and the ol scissors and doing my best to cut a straight line :P
