This movie was SO hard to sit through, but the laughs came hard and came often so I went with a 9.

9
I just now finished up my second viewing and posted my review on my website. I don't k now if it surpasses the first, but it's damn funny. Another win for MK&B. I can't believe I'm saying this... but please, keep making these Twilight movies! but only if the guys keep riffing on them

I gave this a 9.  It seemed more like an 8+.  I inexplicably got tired halfway through and was sad I had to go to sleep rather than finish in one sitting, so I'm assuming it's a better watch when I'm fully awake.  I already mentioned my favorite lines (http://forum.rifftrax.com/index.php/topic,17541.msg531771.html#msg531771) so I won't repeat them here... except the "Oh hai reality" one.  That bears repeating.   :D

Overall, it seemed to have a very consistent oscillating form of humor (to put it in physics terms).  There'd be a brilliant line (ranging from a 9-10) then hover at an 8 for awhile, then briefly spike back to a 10, then hover at an 8 for awhile, and so on.  There were about 2 scenes that were straight-through 10s though (namely Bella talking to Jacob in the rain scene and the black, dreadlocked vampire dude scene).

May not be a 10, but a 9 is always always always loved and welcomed.   ;D

I gave it a 10. I thought it was HILARIOUS. I'm not sure yet if it is as good as the first one--a few more viewings will tell. But I thought it was very good.

Although I don't think this is quite as good as the first one, I'll go ahead and give it a 10 anyway. Watched it twice today already.

Reading some of these I have to say.

Okay, I actually enjoyed this one more than I did the first Twilight riff, which I loved!!!  I gave this a good solid ten(10)

I think it's a definite 9.  I'm trying hard to decide if it's better than the first, but in the end I guess it doesn't really matter.  Pretty hilarious stuff.

It actually took me a long minute to get this, but the wait was worth it.  LOL

I preferred the first Twilight Rifftrax. It was a real struggle to make it through the film (as was the first) but the first one was more... Silly? Laughable? This one was just boring.

The riffing was OK (Found the first 25-30 minutes to be not very funny).

7 out of 10.

Its a solid 9. Doing the second viewing tomorrow.

The problem was not really the fault of the riffers, they just really didn't have much to work with. I mean... nothing happened in this whole friggin movie. There was maybe 60 seconds of action and the rest was just... moping around. Was there even more than 100 words of dialogue in the entire film? It's amazing they could muster a 9 out of this terd.

Twilight was Emo-Tastic.
Emo-pendous.
Emo-RIFFic, if you will.

But New Moon was just... Emo-diculous.

I loved the Rifftrax for the first movie, but this one was pretty boring. Too many jokes that had nothing to do with the movie and too many pop culture references. Too many "I looked like this when _____" jokes, which are beyond dead. Especially after watching the great Ice on Mars riff of the same movie, this was pretty disappointing.

The first Twilight wasn't exactly a rollercoaster thrill ride, but it was a non-stop adrenaline rush compared to the first hour of New Moon. Things were such a slog at the start... the walking/resting cycles of Planet of the Dinosaurs were more compelling. The riffing was also somewhat flat, some chuckles here and there, but I found myself glancing at the DVD timer more than once. My wife went and changed into her PJs and brushed her teeth... pretty much throwing in the towel on the whole thing. But thankfully, the movie did have an ace up it's sleeve... and by ace I mean werewolves... and by sleeve I mean shirtlessness. Everything clicked over the second hour, the movie was kinda reaching for something beyond mindfuckingly dull and the riffers found some much needed riff fuel. My wife and I were laughing consistently... and the doldrums of the first half were largely forgotten. I gave it an eight overall.
