Title: In Search of an MP3
Post by: DisembAudio on December 08, 2006, 04:13:45 PM
ATTENTION CONSUMERS

DisembAudio has had a song stuck in his head for a long time.  It is rather obscure, and you probably have not heard of it, partially due to the fact that it is not available on CD, as far as DisembAudio can tell.  It is called "Bicentennial" and is recorded by Loudon Wainwright III, on this album:

If anyone has it as an MP3, be it a vinyl rip or whatever, please let DisembAudio know.

Hmmm... That sounds like a hard one to come by.  I'll keep an eye out, though.

Not surprisingly, YouTube comes through with a vintage live performance video, but I'm guessing you're more interested in the studio version.

He played the mid-life crisis Dad on Undeclared, which I think exonerates him for much.

Thus my half-assed defense of him. Hooray for Undeclared.
