To embed a video from YouTube, do the following:

1. Copy the URL of your YouTube video, i.e.: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C96kFdo9EHs
2. Remove the "watch?v=" part and replace it with "/v/", so the URL now becomes: http://www.youtube.com/v/C96kFdo9EHs
3. Wrap the URL around the "Flash" BBCode. (You can do this by selecting your URL and pressing the Flash button in the WYSIWYG editor): [flash=200,200]http://www.youtube.com/v/C96kFdo9EHs[/flash]
4. Change the Flash dimensions to match your preferred embed size: [flash=360,240]http://www.youtube.com/v/C96kFdo9EHs[/flash]
